Lawsuit Alleges Subway Tuna Contains Chicken, Pork and Cow DNA

In a newly filed California class action lawsuit, Subway has once again been accused of deceiving customers with its Tuna Sandwich option. Despite claiming that the menu offering contains "100 percent tuna," tests conducted by marine biologists noted in the lawsuit found "no detectable tuna DNA sequences."
